Dear FIIC members,

This is to inform you that the 2010 FIIC Annual General Assembly will take place at 19:00 on Wednesday, August 4th in the conference room of the Holiday Inn Düsseldorf Airport-Ratingen hotel in Ratingen, Germany, at the occasion of the XXII inter-crosse World Games.

In respect to article § 3.2.3 of the FIIC Constitution, "each member in good standing is entitled to send a maximum of five delegates to the annual meeting of the federation. Invited official partners that are not members of the federation may send two delegates to the annual meeting. These delegates may give their opinion on the issues dealt with at the meeting but may not take part in any voting process."

The agenda for the 2010 AGA and the minutes of the 2009 AGA are available for download from the "Downloads" section after logging in to "Member's Area". The remaining documents will be provided on site before the AGA.
